The highway is sharp and steep with the Yijiang flowing,
          But we won't rest until we go up Longji.
          Layer after layer of terraced land ring the sheer mountains;
          Pondful after pondful of rice paddies cover the peaks' tops.
          The Zhuang and Yao peoples are splendid and China is splendid;
          They change heaven and earth to create a fine planet.
