Poetry:
Returning to My Old Country and Running the Forest Trails Again
To the Cantonese Opera Tune "Running Water Southern Sound"
By Feng Xin-ming (Cantonese Rhyme and Rhythm)
                                The pines are looking high above;
                                The spruces' trunks are tall.
                                Their shadows float upon the creek;
                                The water flows on bright.
                                In azure skies the proud birds fly.
                                Oh...
                                Oh...
                                Returning to the northern land,
                                The woods remain the same.
                                My temples white from twists of fate,
                                I still, oh still can run.
                                On forest trails again I fly.
                                Oh...
                                Oh...
